2025 Rule Book

In general, PHRHL plays in a 4v4 style, with the option for 3v3 if teams are short players. There are no offsides. Each game consists of two 20-minute periods unless the referees and coaches decide to run four 10-minute periods due to weather conditions. Teams switch benches at the half. The league provides goalie equipment for players to use and games are played using balls. Mites games will have one referee, while Bantam and Junior games will have two referees.

*Goalie equipment is provided. Players should wear their own helmet when playing goalie.
